Arrived in Nanjing

My last post fell through a crack in the interweb!  Long story short: after a twelve hour flight from SFO to Beijing, two hour delay in Beijing, a two hour flight to Nanjing, 40 minute bus ride, 10 min cab ride, one hotel rejection, 25 min of wandering in the warm night, 3 kind souls, I am settling into my slightly expensive, but comfortable, hotel room.
